I've tried burning the bootable bios recovery disk from toshiba's site, no luck with that. It came in the box with charging cord and start instruction. Should be an s before the 5965 i mistyped the title of the thread my apologies. For under $400 after tax this laptop has saved me thousands and still runs fast and is reliable.
